Learn at Stanford

Stanford High School Summer College is a selective program that grants high-achieving students, ages 16 – 19, access to undergraduate education at Stanford University. This program offers an eight-week college experience that provides academic, social, and intellectual opportunities not found in a high school classroom. High School Summer College participants enroll as visiting undergraduates in Stanford’s Summer Quarter and take the same courses as matriculated Stanford students taught by Stanford faculty.

Beyond the Classroom

Summer College is a time for students to complement their rich academic life with personal learning and growth. It is a place where students can be challenged to see things in new ways, where they can explore their beliefs and build life-changing relationships.

Endless Possibilities

The more that students seek out opportunities to learn from and with their peers, the more students will get out of this unique and vibrant time.
