House Directors

House Directors (HDs) are live-in professional staff. They oversee the daily operations of Stanford campus residence halls, supervise undergraduate Summer Resident Assistants, design and implement programs, attend to student crises, and manage the residence hall budget (among other duties). They are the lead senior staff member living in the residences and, as such, shape the culture of the residential experience.

Summer Tutors

The Summer Academic Resource Center (SARC) provides tutoring, academic workshops, and academic advising for students enrolled in Stanford courses during the summer. SARC is hiring approximately 15 Stanford graduate and undergraduate students as Summer Tutors for students who enroll in Summer Session courses.

Academic Programs Assistants

Stanford Summer Session is seeking a team of Academic Programs Assistants. These positions are intended for Stanford graduate students or recent Stanford grads. These will be part-time positions assisting with summer quarter academic programming, especially for commuter students. Academic Programs Assistants will have the opportunity to build their network and develop professional skills that can apply to a range of careers in higher education, program development, and project management. This position will be supervised by the Summer Session Program Coordinator and work closely with the Summer Session Academic Programs team.
