University Billing Information
The sample budgets detail projected expenses related to participation in the High School Summer College program. Fees required as part of the application and acceptance processes will be charged by the High School Summer College office. Activities outside the classroom are coordinated by High School Summer College residential staff and are funded by program fees collected from students as part of the acceptance process.
University related expenses and fees will be billed by Stanford’s Student Financial Services using the methods in place for matriculated students.
Students given a Stanford ID number prior to May 16 may receive their first University bill on May 20, delivered electronically via the Axess system. Additional information describing the entire university billing process and methods of payment will be available to admitted students and can be found on the Understanding the Bill page.
Parking permits, P.O. Box fees, and books and supplies are paid for at point of sale and won’t appear on the university bill or be charged by the High School Summer College office. Personal expenses will vary by student.
